Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, and VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Install, configure, and manage both physical and virtual servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and support Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and private cloud solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless).
• Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage backups, audits, and disaster recovery tests.
• Support system upgrades and performance optimization.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong experience with VMware and Fortinet.
• Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs).
• Experience in enterprise or multi-location environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• UAE experience is a plus.
